Recently, Fuzhou Minjia 600 t/d first-class oil refining production line, built by Shandong ChemSta, has been successfully commissioned. The production line is running continuously and steadily. The consumption indexes are lower than the design requirements of the contract, and the physical and chemical indexes of the product are better than the national standards. After sufficient theoretical and on-the-job training, the workers can skillfully control the operation of the production line. Group leaders and on-site employees have highly recognized and commended the production process, intelligent control level, equipment and engineering quality of the production line, as well as the working attitude and enthusiasm of the project team.
The 600t/d first-class oil refining production line takes into account both soybean oil and rapeseed oil. The process design not only upholds the most advanced vegetable oil refining and energy-saving and environmental protection technology in China, but also solves the problems of high adaptability, fast switching and stable product quality for different raw materials, different acid value and different quality oil products. The design concept, taking into account the quality of main and by-products, guarantees the quality of finished oil (phosphorus content≤ 2ppm, smoke point ≥200 ℃), and strives to improve the purity of fatty acids and the content of Ve, so as to maximize economic benefits.
